As a courtesy service, our friendly and helpful staff will be happy to check your insurance in advance and let you know what your insurance will cover in advance. To better serve everyone, please note that it is the patient’s responsibility to inform us of any changes with their job, dental insurance carriers, plan, benefits, or previous usage.
